A Sigma Phi Epsilon Learning Community is more than just mortar and bricks; it’s a culture of excellence that permeates a chapter’s membership. RLC Chapters recruit and retain the highest caliber men on-campus while maintaining a clear focus of excellence in all core areas. For example, a comparison of GPA and PMR between RLC chapters and All SigEp Chapters shows that RLC chapters consistently maintain a higher overall GPA as well as PMR year-after-year.
